The boring bits

  • Balloon Babes will not be held responsible for anything that happens to the balloons once we delivery and install them. Balloons are very fragile and as such, be mindful of how the heat or cold can impact designs as we will not be responsible for anything out of our control. 

    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom balloons. Full payment is required at least 72 hours before event date/delivery. If full payment is received prior and cancelled before 72 hours, we can provide a 50% refund. No refund is provided within 72 hours of the evet date. 

    Refunds will only apply in the following circumstances:

    1. If all balloons pop during transport and a replacement cannot be given or made on the spot.

    2. We failed to deliver your order.

    3. Delivery is significantly different to what you have ordered.

    4. Balloons are considered faulty (subject to inspection or proof).

  • AMENDMENT OF TERMS

    Balloon Babes reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time.  Using this website signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

    PRICING 

    Pricing is published in Australian Dollars (AUD). All pricing on this website is subject to change without notice.

    PAYMENT

    A 50% deposit is required upfront for all packages, custom orders, prop hire and delivery if the order is made directly through us. Full payment is required at least 72 hours prior to the chosen event date. 

    Purchases made through the website must be paid in full.

    CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

    Balloon Babes holds the right to cancel your order if full payment is not received at least 72 hours prior to event date. 

    We will provide a full refund of any payments made if cancelled two (2) weeks or more before event date. Any cancellations made within two (2) weeks will be made into a store credit.

    By paying a deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
